Healthy life

Hello readers! welcome back to my blog.

Today I want to tell you about healthy life. Having a healthy body is everyone's desire. However, many people want to live a healthy life but instead don't take care and care for their bodies to be healthy like eating healthy food and exercising. As we know, "in a strong body, there is a healthy soul". With a healthy soul, we can do our work and activities very well. Good nutrition. Combined with physical activity, reduce your risk of chronic disease, and promote your overall health.


In terms of food intake, instant generation teenagers prefer to eat fast food. Every teenager needs exercise and food intake must be a balance, proper personal hygiene and physical activity in the fresh air, such as playing football, running, swimming, or riding to improve health in various ways, including in terms of burning calories which helps us to increase our ideal body weight.


Regular exercise and eating habits that are very important for adolescent health. Follow, they do a minimum of 60 minutes of physical activity, which regulates aerobics, exercise physique and strength training. If 60 minutes is felt very long, teenagers can break it down in several sessions throughout the day. Another thing that is also important for adolescent health is the amount of rest time. A lot of homework, projects and social agreements, make vulnerable teenagers stay up late and start their activities again the next morning


Here are tips for our healthy lifestyle, that is easy for us to do. Doesn't need a lot of time and can be a good habit for our body if done before daily activities. And these tips are things that I usually do every day.


1. Walk in the afternoon

If I don't have time to exercise in the morning, I take time to walk in the afternoon after college. I walk around my house. Normally, I walk in the afternoon around 1-4 km. An afternoon walk will help us relax our body. One of the benefits of an evening walk is that we make the muscles move and help the body and mind become more relaxed. Even though we feel tired after a day of activity, going for an afternoon walk will increase energy and help us feel refreshed.

2. Choose the right friend

Free promiscuity can indirectly affect adolescent health.


4. Eat the four healthy five perfect foods.

4. Don't eat fast food

However, ready-to-eat foods are usually always high in sugar, fat, salt, and calories. In fact, some restaurants use hydrogenated vegetable oil to fry their food ingredients. In fact, the oil is not good for the body because it contains trans oil which can increase the risk of heart disease. Fast food is very popular with adults and children alike. Both adults and children who consume these foods have a high intake of energy, sugar, fat, sodium, saturated fat, and carbonated drinks. And a low intake of vitamin A, vitamin C, milk, fruits, and vegetables.
